Born and raised in Onslow County, Tim spent many summers at the beach with his family. 

After he graduated from White Oak High, where he played football, Tim was off to UNC-Chapel Hill. As soon as he graduated in 1987, Tim's passion for real estate led him back to the market on Topsail Island, and he's been in the business ever since. 

With an extensive background as a real estate investor, buying apartment complexes, purchasing land, and developing property, Tim is undoubtedly the expert you want working for you. In the last couple of years, Tim has invested heavily in the Topsail Island area, purchasing dozens of properties. As the founder and current owner of BHGRE Treasure, Tim's decades of experience in the local market make him a highly sought-after agent. 

Tim and his wife, Patty, live in North Topsail Beach. Their two grown children both also attended Tim's Alma mater, UNC-CH, which means Tim and his family are diehard UNC-CH fans and season ticket holders for the basketball and football games. When the weather is right, they enjoy water sports and playing on Topsail Beach. Tim loves his local church, and he started a new ministry on Topsail Island at the Salt and Light Christian Center.
