Dee Dee brings Treasure Realty over 30 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience. Born and raised in Onslow County, she was blessed growing up in a very close family with a strong work ethic. She was exposed to the real estate industry at an early age, as her parents bought investment properties as she was growing up. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters who also live in Onslow County.
 
Dee Dee has worked in all aspects of the mortgage industry for 30 years before devoting herself full-time to real estate in 2014. Her experience includes working with our military families to help them relocate and assist with their real estate needs. She understands what an emotional roller coaster it can be to purchase a home and find the best financing options. As a real estate investor herself, she firmly believes real estate is an important part of a retirement portfolio.
 
Having earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, as well as the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, Dee Dee explains that it is important to stay current and knowledgeable about the information that is important to her clients. Her clients include those interested in buying or selling their primary residence, second home, or investment property.
 
Dee Dee is familiar with the greater Topsail area, covering Pender and Onslow Counties and extending out to New Hanover and Carteret counties. She now lives in Surf City where her family has owned property since 1973. The Topsail area is a place where Dee Dee loves to live because it is “relaxing and stress-free.”
 
Being familiar with the rules and regulations specific to island property, such as CAMA and flood regulations, is very important in assisting buyers and sellers. It is important to know who to call to get the most accurate information to meet the needs of our clients so that they may make an educated decision about a property.
 
When a client wants to build their own home, especially a custom home, Dee Dee works with them to find the right builder. She has worked with several clients that have bought lots and connected them with the right custom home builder so they can build the home of their dreams.
 
Dee Dee enjoys spending time with her family and her granddaughter. She loves boating, traveling, and dancing. She is blessed to have a very close family that enjoys spending time with each other. She says that living in the greater Topsail area is wonderful because it is so relaxing and stress-free. “I love the canals. We often sit and watch the fish jump and we can hear the ocean. It’s a very soothing atmosphere.”
