Austin Bryan has always had a knack for solving problems—whether it’s wrangling technology or guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions. He began his career at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Treasure as the IT Director, keeping the team safe from spammers and hackers. His deep expertise in technology, servers, communication systems, and business support helped the company stay ahead in a fast-changing digital world.

But Austin’s passion for helping people didn’t stop with technology. After earning his real estate license, he brought the same dedication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to serving buyers and sellers across eastern North Carolina. Clients consistently praise his patience, knowledge, and ability to make the process smooth and stress-free. One recent client put it best: “Austin went above and beyond for us—always available, always honest, and made buying our home easy.”

Born in Greenville, NC on a stormy March day in 1984—during one of the worst tornadoes in the town’s history—Austin jokes that his first home was destroyed before he ever had a chance to do it himself. Fortunately, his family was safe, and he’s been tackling life’s challenges with resilience and humor ever since.

Whether troubleshooting a tricky tech issue or helping families find the perfect home, Austin combines practical know-how with genuine care. He’s living proof that sometimes the best agents come from unexpected places.
